The PYRA series represents another refined exploration in cast bronze hardware for interiors. Shayne Fox is drawn to the distinctive weight and the nuanced surface details that emerge when molten bronze is poured into sand molds and subsequently hand-finished. Inspired in part by the ancient step pyramids and the casting process itself, this series features sleeker, more elegant forms compared to the debut GEO collection. Named "PYRA" as a nod to flame, the sun, desert architecture, and ancient methods, the series marries these timeless influences with a modern aesthetic, resulting in a striking balance of tradition and contemporary design.
